We have now re-opened our bakery premises, which were closed for a while for restoration. As the word implies, we haven’t made it all look brand new. On the contrary, we’ve brought out more of the premises’ old, splendid character — including the beautiful 17-century ceiling with its exposed beams. A setting that further enhances the experience of enjoying our freshly baked bread and pastries.
We have delightful things planned for the bakery in the near future. Such as reintroducing some old favourites from years passed. So, keep an eye out for our ‘Anna-Johanna’ and ‘Clas’ bread loaves. And very soon we will resume baking raspberry cakes with our homemade raspberry jam.
