Confectionery

We are a classic patisserie that offers everything from sandwiches and cakes to pastries and cakes. All bread and pastries come from our own bakery. With us, it's the real thing that counts. This applies to everything from bread and meringue to the jam, which we cook ourselves, and the vanilla cream, which we make from real vanilla pods. The patisserie's service is an oasis for both regulars and people visiting the Old Town. The drinks are selected with care. Our coffee comes from the micro roastery Kersh in Gustavsberg, just outside Stockholm.

Bakery

There is a difference between bread and bread. Our bakers and pastry chefs know that good bread cannot be rushed. In our bakery, we offer bread baked with care and enough time for the dough to develop all its aromas and flavors.

We offer ready-made sandwiches, pastries, and classic bread depending on the season, such as levain, kavring, pumpkin bread, Danish rye bread and baguette. Don't miss out on our classics such as the ramen bread Anna-Johanna and the loaf Claes.

If you want to be sure that your favorite loaf is not out of stock when you get to the bakery, you can make a reservation

one here. Cakes, pastries, and other baked goods are also wise to order in advance - especially if you planned to throw a party. If you prefer to call, it's also fine on 08-58 83 1649. Remember to be outside in time. We appreciate it if you order at least two days before you need the goodies.
