This classic was served for the first time in Vetlanda more than 50 years ago by pastry chef Ingvar Strid. Our pastry chefs preserve this old craft by sprinkling the meringue by hand. We fill the pastry with fruit and berries according to the season, so the classic tangerines come during the citrus season. Baked without added gluten.
